No. We provide unlimited alert credits for premium users.

2. I'm on Basic plan. I get 100 alert credits/month/user. Can I buy more if I need?

Yes. You can purchase alert credits as an add-on from our store. 

3. I'm using the Free version of AlarmsOne. I need to receive SMS/call notifications. What should I do?

You can purchase alert credits as add-ons from our online store and use it to receive SMS or call notifications.

4. What are the add-on packs available for alert credits?

There are two packs.
100 credits - $15

500 credits - $50

5. I have purchased alert credits from online store. Will it expire in a month?

No. Add-ons do not have an expiry date. You can use the alert credits whenever you want.

6. How much alert credits does a SMS and call notification consume?

SMS notification - 1 alert credit

Call notification - 2 alert credits
