Contacts:

 

1. What is the Contacts tab for?

 

Contacts tab shows all the contacts in your AlarmsOne account. Here, you can add, edit, and delete contacts.


 

2. How do I add a contact?

 

You can add contacts by clicking on Menu icon at the top right corner,  Contacts --> Add Contact or by clicking Contacts (+)  available at the left panel.  


 

3. How do I choose alerting channels?

 

The alerting channels available are phone call, SMS and email. You can choose the notification channel while creating a contact. You can also change your selection by editing an existing contact.


 

4. What are the different roles I can assign to my team members?

 

Alarm Admin and Alarm User are the different roles you can assign to your team. Alarm Admins have access to all application alerts while Alarm Users have access only to alerts from applications that are assigned to them.
